 In reference to Human Resource Policy 2.18, Pre-Employment Investigation, policy statement 6. has been changed to read as follows:

 6. A state and/or national criminal record check, as required by state law or administrative requirement, must be conducted before employing any individual who is a full time or part time employee of the Partnership.
