Selection for Early Head Start and Head Start classrooms is underway for the 2017-18 program year. Parents who have completed 2017-18 applications for their children will receive a letter in the mail mid-July informing them of their child's selection status. All children will receive a letter with a status of either 1) accepted or 2) waitlisted.
ERSEA staff will not be able to offer any parent their child's selection status before letters are mailed. Questions relating to matters other than selection statusmay be directed to the respective department by calling the Central Office at 256-355-7843.
